Praises
  • Give thanks for the opportunities to give testimonies and for the seeds sown at IAY.
  • Give thanks for the friendship at Chuo Church, yet we will move to another church soon.
  • Give thanks that Juliana received certification in Pastel Nagomi Art.
  • Give thanks for the warm welcome from various Japanese churches and fellow missionaries during the Center Visit.  Give thanks that we were safe during the trip. Also, give thanks that we managed to share our testimonies and to pray in Japanese at two churches.

 

Prayers
  • Please pray for the Japanese young adults and families. Also, for the churches.  During the Center Visit, we noted that the cultural values seem to have a strong (negative) influence.
  • Pray for the OMF Japan leadership team, discerning where God is leading us to as Training Designation.
  • Pray for the administrative and support staff in churches and in OMF.
  • For the last two modules of our Japanese studies - Bible Course (various theological discussion/sharing practices) and Sermon Course (writing sermons).
  • Pray for our loss of our cat.  But give thanks that the Lord is walking with us and helping us to reflect.
